T.M.S. International Holdings "T.M.S. Holdings" was founded in 2016 and reorganized in 2019 with a renewed global mission and purpose. T.M.S. Holdings has multiple group of subsidiary holding companies divided into various industry group, along with various joint ventures, partnerships and special purpose vehicles which are utilized for various investments and operations worldwide. Several of our Industry Group companies include: 1555 Industries, Commonwealth Universal Companies, Gan Eden Farms & Food Group, Green Capital Management Group of Companies, Sovereign MotorWorks Group, TEPCo. Energy & Power Group, T.M.S. Builders Group, along with our non-profit associations, and organizations that are a part of our Corporate and Community responsibilities.

Board and Management
T.M.S. International Holdings is Governed by a seven (7) Member Board of Trustees and managed by an Executive Committee, which works to oversea the activities of our various companies, and coordinates with our partners wihtin the United States and worldwide.
